If you're anything like me, then you probably start your day drinking way to much coffee and not enough water. Water sometimes seems so boring, so splash it up with something different!
This is my new fave and it's so simple!
Buy your favorite frozen fruit! My favorite frozen fruits are strawberries and pineapples. Instead of ice, use your frozen fruit! Pour the water in there and let sit for about a minute so a little flavor releases and that's it! It adds a freshness to your water and gives you the feeling of having a little cocktail :)
You can also get flavored (with no sugar) club soda and add that to your water. The carbonation in the water will make drinking more water fun.
